The Author, Kais Aldabbagh, is an electrical engineer, of Iraqi background

Graduated from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom

He started making Wines and Spirits in his home country before there were any Google or Internet facilities available

He traveled to many countries, including Libya where drinks are strictly prohibited, hence it was a very useful skill to acquire!!!

He strictly followed the same routine everywhere he traveled, making spirits for his personal use, as well as shared free access of his products with others

He always put together himself, equipment that he used to make his products

In summary, the content herein has been compiled throughout a span of 30 years of experimenting and producing different types of Alcohols in different concentrations (Values of ABV: Alcohol By Volume), flavoring, filtering and OAK aging mediums
